摘　　要：针对箱体类零件铸造工艺特点,兼顾系统的通用性和可扩充性,搜集并归纳整理了箱体类零件铸造设计方面的有关工艺信息、零件特征信息;对箱体类零件的材料、结构及用途进行分析,得出了箱体类零件成形方法的选择依据,箱体类零件铸造工艺设计规律特点;建立了箱体类零件铸造工艺设计实例库。Aiming at the of caasting process characteristics of box parts,and the popularity and expandability of the CAD system,the related technology information and characteristics information of casting designs of the parts were collected,concluded and coordinated.Then,by analyzing the materials,structures and applications of the parts,the selecting basis of forming methods and the rules and features of casting process design of the parts were obtained.Finally,the examples base of casting process design of the parts were established.
