摘 要:应用有限元技术模拟某薄壁铜管的空拔成形工艺过程,计算出了管件成形过程中任一时刻应力和应变等场量的分布云图及时间历程图。计算结果表明,在管件的应变分布上,管件轴向和周向的最大变形主要发生在管件与模具初始接触处与减径区;在管件的应力分布上,轴向应力和径向应力随管件在模具中的位置不同而不同,在壁厚方向上由管件的外表面到内表面其应力依次为拉应力和压应力,且最大压应力出现在减径区,而最大拉应力则出现在定径区连接处;管件空拔力的变化在起始阶段随着管件工艺端逐渐与模具缩径区发生接触而迅速增大至最大值,随着管件拔制过程进入稳定状态,空拔力不再发生变化。The forming process of drawing a thin copper tube was simulated by finite element,the stress and deformation field of the tube forming process was calculated at any time,the chart for the distribution of cloud and the time course were work out.The results show that in the tube strain distribution,the biggest deformation of the tube axisand circumference mainly occurs at the initial contact with the mold and reducing area;the distribution of the axial and radial stresses changes with different positions in the mold and the direction from the tube wall thickness of the outer surface to the inner surface of the stress followed by tensile and compressive stress,and the maximum compressive stress occurs at the reducing zone,while the maximum tensile stress appears in the sizing connection area;in the initial stage,the pulling force begins to increase and then rapidly to the maximum with the tube of process-side gradually contacting to the reduced diameter area,and the pulling force no longer changes when the drawing process becomes stable.
