摘　　要：随着我国对环境问题的重视及污染物排放总量控制政策的实施,推行排污权交易已经被国家提上工作日程。高效控制火电厂的二氧化硫排放是提高空气质量的主要途径,本文讨论了二氧化硫排污交易在电厂间实施的可行性,并对此提出了建议。With paying attention to environmental issues by Chinese government, and the implementation of total emissions control policy, emission trading has been put onto the schedule in China. The main approach of improving the air quality is to efficiently con- trol SO2 discharge in the thermal power plants. The feasibility SO2 emission trading is analyzed and some suggestions are put forward in this paper.
