摘  要:研究了Ti含量对电解加钛A356合金晶粒细化效果的影响,并与相应Ti含量的熔配加钛A356合金进行了比较。结果表明,Ti含量对两种合金的组织均有明显影响。随Ti含量增加,电解加钛合金和熔配加钛合金的晶粒组织和一次枝晶均明显细化,Si颗粒纵横比均趋于降低,其圆形度却增大,表明了Si颗粒形貌的改善。两种合金凝固过程的DSC分析表明,电解A356合金具有较熔配合金更低的激活能和结晶过冷度,从而表现出更优异的晶粒细化效果和Si颗粒形貌。Effect of Ti contents on the grain refinement of A356 cast alloy with Ti-alloying by electrolysis was investigated and also compared to those of A356 alloys with Ti-alloying by melting Al-5Ti master alloys of the corresponding Ti contents.The results show that Ti contents exhibited the obvious influence on microstructures of two kinds of alloys.With Ti contents increasing,the grains and the primary dendrites of both alloys are strongly refined,and the length to width ratio of Si particle decreased as the roundness increased,indicating the improvements of Si morphologies.DSC analysis of solidification processes for both alloys revealed that the electrolytic A356 alloy had the lower activation energy and crystallization undercooling in comparing to those of melting A356 alloy,thus giving rise to the better grain refinement and the more improved Si morphology.
