摘　　要：在消失模铸造过程中,模样尺寸变化直接影响铸件的尺寸精度。以共聚树脂STMMA模样为研究对象,研究了桥梁支座模样成型过程的几个因素对模样尺寸变化的影响。指出了铁路桥梁支座生产过程中,白模模样珠粒粒径不同、模样干燥时间、干燥温度的变化等都会对模样的尺寸产生影响。保持工艺参数的一致性,才能将铸件尺寸控制在要求的公差范围以内。The changes of pattern size directly affect the dimensional accuracy of casting in the EPC process.The essay points out the bead diameter,storage temperature and soaking time of the pattern have an effect on the particle size variable of STMMA pattern.Research has shown the dimensional accuracy of pattern may be influenced by different bead diameter,pattern drying time and drying temperature and so on.Keeping the compatibility of the process parameters can control the dimensions of the bridge bearing castings within the tolerance limits.
