摘  要:脉冲电弧焊已被证明具有良好的焊接工艺性能,同时对焊缝成形及其微观组织的改善有明显效果,但对焊接"弧-源"之间的匹配关系尚未充分认识。文中通过回顾脉冲电弧焊的发展历史,对近年来高频脉冲(>20kHz)电弧焊研究中取得的进展做了分析和讨论。并从"高频效应"入手,在焊接设备、电弧物理及工艺性能等方面阐述了高频能量激励下的电弧行为,探索了高频电弧的有效工作区间,利用多种测试手段对高频脉冲的作用、特点及效果加以验证。并针对高频电弧的工艺特点提出进一步的研究方向。Pulsed arc welding technology has been proved to have good performance.It can significantly affect the microstructure of weld and grain refinement,but the relationship between arc and power source has not yet fully understand.Through the review of pulsed welding arc development history,the study progress of high frequency pulse(>20 kHz)arc in recent years was analyzed.By focusing on the 'high frequency effects',the high frequency arc behavior was introduced from physical and technical properties,welding equipment.The effective work area of the high frequency arc processing was explored.The high-frequency pulse function,characteristics and effects were verified by many different test methods.The further research direction of the high frequency welding process characteristic was proposed.
