摘  要:激光-MAG复合热源焊接工艺参数较多,主要包括激光功率、光丝间距、离焦量、焊接速度、激光倾角等。工艺试验结果表明,复合焊熔深随激光功率的增加而增加,其余焊接工艺参数不变,当激光功率由2 kW增加为5.5 kW时,复合焊熔深增加近一倍;光丝间距D=1mm时熔深最大,最佳光丝间距为2~4 mm,随着D的增大,复合焊效果减弱;激光入焦2~10 mm时熔深较大,上离焦大于8 mm或入焦大于12 mm后激光深熔焊现象基本消失;激光前倾比后倾时所获得的熔深大,随着倾角的增大熔深减小明显;降低焊接速度能有效增加熔深。There are many parameters in laser-MAG(metal active-gas)hybrid welding process,which includes the laser power,laserarc distance,defocus distance,welding speed,laser angle and the other major parameters.The research indicated that,the weld penetration of hybrid welding increases with the laser power being increased.While the other parameters keep the same conditions,the weld penetration increase one time nearly when the laser power increased from 2 kW to 5.5 kW.The hybrid welding gets the deepest penetration when the distance between laser and arc is 1 mm.The best laser-arc distance is about 2 mm to 4 mm,and the combined effect reduces as laser-arc distance increases.The weld penetration is deeper when the focus below the top surface of the workpiece about 2 mm to 10 mm.If the focus located more than 8 mm above the top surface or more than 12 mm below the top surface,the phenomenon of deep penetration will disappear.Deeper penetration can be obtained when the laser forward than backward and decreased rapidly as the angle being increased.The penetration increases significantly with the reduction of the welding speed.
