摘  要:试验研究了双超声场中,施振温度和处理区域距离,对流经处理区的A356铝合金半固态浆料凝固组织的影响规律。结果表明,双超声场对凝固组织的细化、球化效果较好。浇注温度为630℃并施振所获得的金相组织晶粒最细小,球化最均匀。而随着施振温度升高,晶粒反而变得粗大。同时,由于超声波的衰减,当处理区域距离为5mm时,获得的组织最好。Effects of temperature and distance of treated area on the solidification of semi-solid A356 alloy in the double ultrasonic field were investigated. The results show that double ultrasonic field exhibits desirable refining and spheroidized effects on solidification structure in the alloy. The desirable grain size with spheroidization in the microstructure of the alloy can be observed with pouring at 630℃ and applying ultrasonic treatment. However, with increasing in ultrasonic temperature, grain size is gradually coarsened. In addition, due to the fade of ultrasonic wave, microstructure exhibits the most desirable when the distance of treated area is 5 mm.
