摘  要:用挤压铸造法制备了氧化铝短纤维增强铝合金内燃机活塞。对比了基体合金复合材料在不同温度下的抗拉强度及伸长率。结果表明,在高温环境下,复合材料体现出了抗拉强度高的优点。用金相显微镜观察了基体合金及复合材料的金相组织,发现界面结合良好。用SEM观察了复合材料的断口形貌发现,随着温度升高,复合材料伸长率的提高在一定程度上能够缓和拉伸时在界面处形成的高应力,从而表现出强界面结合,增强效果明显。Al2O3 short fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites for high performance piston was prepared by squeezing casting.Tensile strength and elongation of the matrix alloy and composites were analyzed comparatively at di fferent temperature.The results show that the composites exhibit the superiority in tensile strength at high temperature compared to the matrix alloy.Microstructure of the matrix alloy and the composites was observed by the OM(optical microscope)and SEM(scanning electron microscope).The results show that there exists desirable interface bonding between the matrix alloy and the Al2O3 fiber.The fracture morphology of the composi:es was observed by the SEM.With the increase of temperature,the increase of elongation of the composites can relief the stress aggregation at the interface during tensile process,so interface bonding is enhanced and the reinforced effects are improved.
