摘 要:采用Ce基混合稀土对ZnAl4合金进行了变质处理,研究了稀土对ZnAl4合金力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,加入0.5%的稀土能够细化ZnAl4合金的压铸态组织,合金共晶组织区域增加,稀土含量超过0.5%时,合金的综合力学性能下降。用0.5%稀土变质后的合金生产化油器,合金的压铸性能得到改善,零件的气密性得到大幅提高。Effects of Ce on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZnAl4 alloy modified by Ce were investigated.The results show that with 0.5% Ce addition,microstructure of die casting ZnAl4 alloy is refined,where eutectic zone is increased.However,with Ce content more than 0.5%,comprehensive properties of the alloy are deteriorated as a result of the creation of Al4C3 phase.The alloy with 0.5% Ce modification was employed to produce carburetor.The production verified that the die casting behavior of the modified alloy is obviously improved,and air-tightness of the carburetor is greatly improved.
