摘 要:研究了热等静压处理对TC10合金铸造组织、力学性能、冲击性能的影响。TC10合金铸造组织为典型的α+β组织。试验结果表明,热等静压处理对其β组织转变有显著影响,热等静压时β转变组织中晶粒细化,晶内次生α片粗化,合金的伸长率、收缩率、冲击韧度分别为18%、37%、450kJ·m-2,比铸态的高157%、185%、165%,但强度略有降低。Effects of HIP treatment on as-cast microstructure,tensile properties and impacting behavior of TC10 alloy were investigated.The as-cast microstructure of TC10 consists of α+β phase.The results indicate that HIP treatment has the greatly effects on β phase transformation.Grain size in β phase transformation is refined,and sub-α phase in grain is coarsened,which are responsible for the improvement of plasticity and impacting toughness and slight decrease of tensile strength.Elongation,shrinkage rate,impacting thoughness of the alloy are 18%,37%,450kJ/m2,respectively,increased by 157%,185%,165%,respectively.compared with htose of cast one.
