摘  要:目的观察sTREM-1在内毒素诱导急性肺损伤早期的作用及意义。方法建立小鼠内毒素肺损伤的模型,酶联免疫吸附法检测肺组织以及血浆中sTREM-1、抗炎因子IL-10以及其他促炎因子IL-1β、IL-6。结果 sTREM-1具有与抗炎因子IL-10相同的动力学改变(r=0.99,P<0.01),且血浆中IL-1β/sTREM-1、IL-6/sTREM-1分别与组织中相应的比值正相关(r>0.90,P<0.01;r>0.80,P<0.01),血浆中IL-1β/sTREM-1和IL-6/sTREM-1之间以及组织中相应的比值之间均呈正相关(r=0.80,P<0.01;r=0.80,P<0.01)。结论 sTREM-1作为抗炎因子在LPS诱导的ALI过程中发挥保护肺组织的作用,而且血浆内sTREM-1与其他促炎因子形成的促炎/抗炎比值的检测可用于肺组织内炎症反应状态的评价。Objective To investigate the function and value of soluble triggering receptor expressed on the myeloid cells in the early stage of lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury. Methods 5mg/kg LPS was injected to reproduce a mouse model of endotoxin. sTREM-1,anti-inflammatory factor IL-10,pro-inflammatory factor IL-1β and IL-6 in the lung tissue and plasma were assayed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results TREM-1 follows the kinetics of IL-10(r=0.99,P 0.01) .And positive corelations were found between the ratios IL-1β/sTREM-1 in the lung tissue and in the plasma(r 0.90,P 0.01) ,between IL-6/sTREM-1 in the lung tissue and in the plasma(r 0.90,P 0.01) ,and between IL-1β/sTREM-1 and IL-6/sTREM-1 in the lung tissue and in the plasma(r=0.80,P 0.01;r=0.80,P 0.01) .Conclution As an anti-inflammatory factor sTREM-1 plays a protection role in the lung tissue during the procession of LPS-induced ALI.To assay the ratios of sTREM-1 and other pro-inflammatory factors in the plasma may be used to evaluate the inflammatory reaction in the lung tissue.
