复杂性视网膜脱离硅油注入术后视神经萎缩21眼临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体手术后出现视神经萎缩的影响因素及预防视神经萎缩发生的措施。方法对2005年3月～2009年7月于山东省枣庄市中医院眼科就诊并施行玻璃体切除联合硅油填充的173名复杂性视网膜脱离患者进行随访观察。结果 173名患者中,随访出现视神经萎缩19人21只眼,均出现过不同程度的眼压升高情况。结论对于硅油注入术后患者,应避免长期高眼压对视神经及视网膜的不可逆损害,尽可能保留患眼视功能。Objective To discuss the influencing factors of optic atrophy after the silicone oil surgery and the method to prevent the optic atrophy. Methods To observe 173 patients of complexed retina detachment who were taken treatment in my hospital,between Match 2005 and July 2009.Results We found 21 optic atrophy eyes of 19 patients through revisit 173 patients,the intraocular pressure had presented varying degree elevation. Conclusion For the patients after the silicone oil surgery,we should avoid the long-term high intraocular pressure irreversible harm to optic nerve and retina,as far as possible to vision function of eye.
