摘　　要：目的探讨PAMD对荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α表达的影响。方法除空白对照组外,造模24h后随机分组,每组20只,分别腹腔注射高、中、低剂量的PAMD及阳性对照药环磷酰胺,模型对照组及空白对照组每日给予同等容积生理盐水,采用ELISA法检测S180荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量。结果 PAMD高、中剂量组与环磷酰胺模型对照组比较,S180荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量明显增加(P<0.01)。结论 PAMD能够增加荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF-α含量,为其在临床应用提供理论依据。Objective To study the influence of TNF-α in the mice with tumor S 180 dispose with PAMD.Methods The mice were divided randomly after duplicating model 24h,each group has 20 mice.intraperitoneal injection high dose PAMD,the middle dose PAMD,low dose PAMD,cyclophosphamide and the same volume saline.To use ELASA detect the content of TNF-α.Results The high dose PAMD group and the middle dose PAMD group increase the content of TNF-α,compared with cyclophosphamide group（P0.01） .Conclusion PAMD can increase the content of TNF-α,which can provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.
