摘　　要：胆道蛔虫症、肠梗阻均为常见急腹症。胆道蛔虫症和肠梗阻同时存在较少见,两者临床症状相似,漏诊后果严重,应引起重视。Ascariasis of biliary tract,intestinal obstruction are common acute abdomen.It is rare that the ascariasis of biliary tract and the intestinal obstruction exist simultaneously.Their clinical symptoms are so similar that missed diagnosis could be done easily and lead to the serious consequences.We should pay attention to it.Now one case of bile duct ascariasis combined intestinal obstruction in our hospital will be reported as follows.This case is typical and useful in clinical demonstration.
