摘 要:目的:探讨电针对大鼠运动性免疫抑制的调节作用及作用机制。方法:以8周大强度游泳训练建立运动性免疫抑制大鼠模型。43只SD大鼠,按数字表随机分为3组:对照组(A组)、大强度游泳训练组(B组)、大强度游泳训练加电针组(C组)。A组(n=10)为空白对照,正常饲养,不加任何干预;B组(n=17)对大鼠进行为期8周,每周6次,每次150 min的游泳训练;C组(n=16)的训练方案同B组,但自第2周起每次训练后在"百会""关元""足三里"穴实施电针干预,每天1次,共持续治疗7周。分别测定各组大鼠的体质量,血清γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)及血液自然杀伤细胞(NKC)的变化。结果:①与A组比,B组的IL-2、γ-IFN、NKC均出现下降,其中γ-IFN、IL-2的下降差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),尽管C组的IL-2、γ-IFN略有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而NKC显著高于A组(P<0.01),同时,C组的γ-IFN、NKC明显高于B组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。②与A组比,B组的大鼠体质量显著性下降(P<0.01),而SIL-2R却显著性升高(P<0.05),尽管C组的大鼠体质量也显著性低于A组(P<0.01),但在数值上显著高于B组(P<0.05);与A组比,C组的SIL-2R有下降趋势,而在数值上非常显著低于B组(P<0.01)。结论:长期剧烈的运动应激导致大鼠的免疫功能下降,甚至抑制,但电针对运动性免疫抑制具有正向调节作用。Objective To explore the effects of electroacupuncture on exercise-induced immunosuppression in rats and its mechanism.Methods Sports immunosuppressive model was established successfully by the rats were conducted high intensity swimming training 150 min/day,6 days/wk for 8 weeks in this study.Forty-three SD rats were randomly divided into a control group(group A,n=10),a high intensity swimming training group(group B,n=17),and a high intensity plus electroacupuncture group(group C,n=16).Group A did not receive any intervention.Group B was conducted 150 min/day,6 days/wk swimming training for 8 weeks.Group C was treated with electroacupuncture at "Baihui"(GV 20),"Guanyuan"(CV 4) and "Zusanli"(ST 36) after every exercise-time from the second week,once each day for 7 weeks.The changes of the rats' weight,γ-interferon(γ-IFN),interleukin-2(IL-2),solubility IL-2 receptor(SIL-2R) and nature killer cell(NKC) were detected.Results ① Compared with group A,γ-IFN and IL-2 in group B were significantly decreased(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),and NKC in group C was significantly increased(P〈0.01).Meanwhile,γ-IFN and NKC in group C were both significantly higher than that in group B(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).②Compared with group A,the weight of the rats in group B and group C were significantly decreased(both P〈0.01),but SIL-2R in group B was significantly increased(P〈0.05).The weight of the rats in group C was significantly higher than that in group B(P〈0.05) and SIL-2R in group C was significantly lower than that in group B(P〈0.01).Conclusion Lasting gravis exercise stress does decrease the immune function in rats and is even inhibited significantly,but electroacupuncture can up-regulate the exercise-induced immunosuppression.
