摘　　要：以全球价值链理论为基础,以我国晋江运动鞋业集群为研究对象,研究地方体育用品产业集群的可持续发展。首先回顾了全球价值链相关理论,然后在全球价值链的理论框架下研究晋江运动鞋业集群的升级模式,经过理论分析与实证研究,提出晋江运动鞋业集群升级的思路,并从本地和全球两个维度提出相应的建议与对策,为产业集群的发展和政策的制定提供依据。Based on the theory of global value chains,with China Jinjiang footwear industry cluster as the research object,the article researches the local sporting goods industry cluster of sustainable development.It reviewed the theory of global value chains,and then research upgrade model of the Jinjiang footwear industry under the theoretical framework of global value chains.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,it presented the ideas of the upgrade,provided suggestions from local and global perspectives so as to provide references to the development and policy-making of the industry cluster.
