遵义市两城区消防基层官兵的心理健康调查

摘　　要：目的:为了解遵义市两城区消防部队基层官兵的心理健康状况,并为其心理卫生保健工作提供参考。方法:整群抽样,运用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对被调查者的心理健康状况进行评估。结果:遵义市两城区消防部队基层官兵SCL-90因子分与全国成人常模比较,在躯体化、敌对2项因子中得分高于全国成人常模(P<0.05);与全国军人常模比较,在人际敏感、焦虑、偏执、精神病性4项因子中的得分均低于军人常模(P<0.05)。结论:遵义市两城区消防部队基层官兵的心理健康状况低于全国正常成年人,但是好于中国军人。Objective：To assess the mental health status of grassroots officers and soldiers in 2 districts fire troops to provide reference for their mental health care work.Methods：By system cluster sampling method,the symptom checklist self rating scale（SCL-90） was used to evaluate the psychological situation of respondents.Results：Among SCL-90 factors in grassroots officers and soldiers of 2 districts fire troops,the scores of two factors somatization and hostile were higher than those of the national adult norm（P0.05）.The scores of four factors interpersonal sensitive,anxiety,paranoid and psychotics were lower than those of the national soldier norm（P0.05）.Conclusion：The mental health status of grassroots officers and soldiers in 2 districts fire troops of Zunyi city is below the national normal adults,but better than national soldiers.
