后腹腔镜手术治疗12例肾盂旁囊肿的体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾盂旁囊肿的疗效。方法:总结2010年1月～2011年3月我科收治的12例肾盂旁囊肿行后腹腔镜囊肿去顶减压术的临床资料。结果:11例手术成功,手术时间(70±20)min,术中出血量(40±20)mL,未出现肾蒂及肾盂损伤等并发症,1例因囊肿暴露困难中转开放手术。11例术后随访6～20个月,均未见复发。结论:后腹腔镜治疗肾盂旁囊肿微创、安全、有效。Objective：To explore the efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of parapelvic cyst.Methods：From January 2010 to March 2011,12 cases of parapelvic cyst were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic deroofing and decompressing in our department.Results：The operation was completed in 11 cases with the mean operation time of（70±20） min and mean blood loss of（40±20） mL.No injuries to the kidney pedicle and pelvis occurred.1 case was converted to open surgery because of difficulty in exposure of cyst.11 cases were followed up for 6～20 months without recurrence.Conclusion：Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery is minimally invasive,safe and effective for treating parapelvic cyst.
