摘  要:速差射流引流型脉冲喷吹清灰这种新的清灰方法,可以引射更多的清洁气体到喷吹系统中,提高了清灰效率,由于其喷吹气流平顺,均匀地喷吹滤袋,避免了滤袋极易被吹坏,延长了滤袋的使用寿命。采用二维稳态单方程湍流模型对脉冲袋式除尘器速差射流引流型脉冲喷吹气流流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,速差射流引流型脉冲喷吹管在气流流态方面具有很好的效果,可用于袋式除尘器脉冲反吹系统的优化设计。A new duck clearing method of using jet pulse with the entrained type of velocity difference to entrain more clean air into injection system,and improve the cleaning effect.As the injecting flow are smooth and equably,this method avoiding the bag wrecked easily and prolonging the usage period of filter bag.A three-dimensional,steady,compressible and standard k-ε turbulence model is developed to simulate the flow field in injection pipe of bag-filter of entrained type with velocity difference.The air distribution of flow field in the traditional pulsed injection pipe was simulated contrastively.The results show that the injection pipe of bag-filter of entrained type with velocity difference has a good effect in the aspect of the flow field uniformity and the simulation result is useful to optimum design of pulse-backing cleaning system of bag-filter.
