摘　　要：现阶段国内北方地区普通住宅项目户内采暖多采用埋地塑料管材,但针对埋地采暖管还没有完整的国家规范。地方标准也不能规范所有环节,容易出现选材不当、安装失误等影响用户使用的问题,不仅仅是室内热舒适度有所下降,甚至会造成不必要的经济损失。本文以某住宅项目为例,对埋地塑料管从选材、安装、运行等方面进行探讨,并对项目运行期间所出现的个别散热器不热等问题进行了深入分析。为今后相关工程的应用提供参考。Currently,the north residence ordinarily applies double-pipe radiator heating system,and the indoor pipeline makes use of buried plastic pipes.But to the buried heating pipe,there is not a complete national norm.And the firm cannot regulate all aspects.So it easily leads to select materials inappropriately and install incorrectly.It not only makes influence on the thermal comfort,but also causes unnecessary economic losses.This article discusses comprehensively buried plastic pipes from material selection,installation to running.In addition,for the individual radiator cold,the article analyzes the reason and the measures for improvement.
