摘　　要：应用低碳经济节能减排的理念对企业生产运行现状进行分析诊断。广西日报社印务中心针对其用电特性,利用低谷电力优惠政策,调整用电负荷和用电时间,达到了电力负荷移峰填谷、降低用电成本的节能减排效果。The concept of low-carbon economy,energy saving and emissions reduction is applied in the analysis and diagnosis of current production operation situation of the industries. Printing center of Guangxi daily used preferential policies for off-peak power consumption to adjust electricity load and time according to the power characteristics to achieve the peak power load shifting. The measures obtained energy saving effect of customer electricity cost reduction.
