摘　　要：双管井内双管生产管柱的打捞以及双管封隔器的套铣打捞一直是修井作业的难点。通过全面查找BZ34-4WP-3井井史资料,分析井下情况,筛选打捞工具,制定详细的工艺流程,对现场作业参数灵活掌握,在渤海油田首次使用铣鞋、卡瓦打捞筒等常规打捞工具成功打捞出双管管柱及双管封隔器,延长了油井的寿命,为以后双管井的修井作业提供了宝贵的经验。Fish of double-tube production in double-barreled-wells and workover in the dual packer is always difficult.Through a comprehensive searching BZ34-4WP-3 Well in the history of information,analyzing downhole conditions, screening fishing tools,developing detailed process,mastering operating parameters on-site flexibly,the conventional fishing tools of mill shoe,slip tube and other ones are used at the first time in the Bohai oilfield successfully to recover the dual string and dual-packer,which extends the life of the oil well and provides valuable experience for latter workover operation in the double-tube wells.
