摘 要:旋转煤粉分离器是制粉系统的重要组成部分,其内部两相流动特性影响分离器的出粉效率及内部的通风阻力,直接关系到制粉系统的出力及锅炉运行的经济性。采用Fluent软件对旋转煤粉分离器的气固两相流场进行了数值模拟研究。通过分析得到了分离器的出粉效率随转子转速变化的规律及通风阻力随转子转速或磨煤机入口风量变化的趋势,对深入了解旋转煤粉分离器的分离性能及其结构优化有重要意义。Rotating pulverized-coal classifier is an important part of pulverizing system which the characteristics of solid-gas two phase flows will influence on powder delivery efficiency and air resistance of classifier, which is directly linked to the capacity of pulverizing system and the economy of boiler operation. The solid-gas two phase flows of rotating pulverized-coal classifier were simulated with Fluent. The regularity of powder delivery efficiency following with rotor speed changing and the trend of air resistance following with rotor speed or mill entrance airflow changing was obtained by analysis, which has a great significance for more understanding separation characteristics and structure optimization of rotating pulverized- coal classifier.
