摘　　要：本文采用词频分析方法对《北京市医疗保险非营利性医院服务协议书》、《北京市医疗保险按病种分组(DRGs)付费试点医疗机构服务协议书》两个协议进行比较研究,发现名词描述与不同支付制度的主要含义一致,动词描述与执行强度有关,并由此认为:医疗保险机构与医疗机构之间此前过多因某个服务项目或药品使用不当的争吵将转移到市场份额和预算高低的角力,两者之间的紧张关系将趋于缓和,但医疗机构之间的竞争将会加剧。The paper compares Health Insurance Contract between Beijing Health Insurance Center and Nonprofit Hospitals with Health Insurance Contract for DRGs-PPS between Beijing Health Insurance Center and Pilot Hospitals by means of the word frequency analysis, analyzes part of speech above two contracts by using ICTCLAS analysis software and finds significantly different words by u test. The authors predict that with the implementation of DRGs-PPS, Beijing Health Insurance Center and nonprofit hospitals will improve their relations and negotiate agreements on market share and the level of budget, while the hospitals will compete fiercely.
