变频液体粘性软启动技术在告成煤矿的应用与研究

摘　　要：结合变频液粘软启动技术和PLC控制技术在郑煤集团告成煤矿25采区大倾角强力花纹带式输送机上的实际应用,介绍了变频液粘软启动技术的工作原理和优点。实际应用结果表明,该技术软启动效果好,可靠性高,有效解决了上运带式输送机常见的各种问题,对其他带式输送机的设计应用具有一定的指导意义。In combination with the actual application of variable frequency hydro-viscous soft-starting technology and PLC control technology to the large-obliquity powerful patterned belt conveyor in the 25th mining zone in Gaocheng Colliery of Zhengzhou Coal Industry（Group） Co.,Ltd.,the working principle and advantages of the variable frequency hydro-viscous soft-staring technology are introduced.The actual application show that the technology obtains good soft-starting effects and high reliability,and effectively solves common issues of upward belt conveyors,which possesses some guidance sense for the design and the application of other belt conveyors.
