摘　　要：本文从三个方面论述了公共图书馆免费开放的意义,分析了免费开放面临的管理和服务两方面的问题,并针对这些问题,结合实际,从优化管理、强化服务、扩大宣传、建立经费保障机制四个方面提出了解决对策。This paper elaborates the significance of free opening of public library and analyses the problems existing in managcment and service after the library opens to the public for free. And based on the reality, it gives solutions to these problems by optimizing management, enhancing service. expanding the publicity, and establishing mechanisms for guaranteeing funds.
