摘　　要：本文简述了在网络环境下,医务人员对网络医学信息资源需求的特点,重点论述了为使医务人员迅捷准确地获取网络医学信息,开展不同层次用户获取网络医学信息能力培训措施,以达到提高医务人员网络医学信息素质的目的。This paper introduces the network information demand of medical staff, analyzes the measures of getting the network medical information frequently and carrying out the training ability of getting medical information, in order to improve the network medical information literacy of medical staff.
