浮选柱与浮选机分选细粒粉煤的对比性实验研究

摘　　要：针对淮北涡北选煤厂浮选精煤灰分较难达标的实际情况,分析了FCMC系列旋流微泡浮选柱的优点及工业应用现状,阐述了浮选入料性质及条件对浮选效果的影响,提出了采用旋流微泡浮选柱替代浮选机分选细粒粉煤的新方法,并通过试验论证了旋流微泡浮选柱对细粒粉煤浮选的优越性。According to the actual condition of the clean coal ash content from the floatation hard tomeet the target in Guobei Coal Preparation Plant, the paper had an analysis on the advantages and the industrial application status of the FCMC series cyclonemicro foam floatation column and stated the feeding property and condition affected to the floatation effect. The paper provided themethod of the cyelonemicro foam floatation column to replace the floatator for the fine coal separation. The experiments showed the advantages of the cyclonemicro foam floatation column than the fine coal floatation.
