试论煤矿企业的安全行为文化建设

摘　　要：对于煤矿企业而言,企业行为文化建设中尤其需要突出安全行为文化的建设,而在煤矿企业的安全行为文化建设中,尤其需要重视处于煤矿生产系统中心地位的"人"的因素。在煤矿企业中,人的行为对事故的发生和发展起着至关重要的作用。在煤矿生产的过程中,如何让"人的行为"避免"不安全",实现"安全",加强安全行为文化建设意义重大。To a coal mine enterprise, in the behavior cultural building of the enterprise, the safety behavior cultural building shall be specially stressed. In the safety behavior cultural building of the coal mine enterprises, the ＂human＂ factor of the central position in the mine production system shall be specially stressed. In the coal mine enterprises, the human behavior would play the critical important role in the accident occurred and developed. In the mine production process, how to avoid ＂the unsafety＂ and to have ＂the safety＂, the safety behavior cultural building strengthened would have great significances.
