摘 要:采用一品红为试验材料,分别从根系形态和生理指标2个方面研究了不同浇水频率和施肥量对一品红盆花生长的影响。结果表明,基质含水量为50%时浇水,每盆施肥量667 mg对一品红的生长具有较好的促进作用,根系累计连接数、累计长度、累计表面积、累计体积和根系生理指标等显著优于其他处理。这一结果为深入研究一品红生长发育对水、肥的需求规律,实现一品红盆花生产精准控制提供了依据。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different watering frequencies and fertilizer amount on the growth of potted Euphorbia pulcherrima in terms of root morphology and physiological indexes. Results showed that watering when the water content of substrate was 50% and applying 667 mg per pot could improve the development of E. pulcherrima greatly, and the total root tips, accumulative root length, total root surface area, total root volume, as well as the physiological indexes of E. pulcherrima roots were significantly better than those of other treatments. These conclusions provide a technical support for further research on the requirement rule of water and fertilizer for E. pulcherrlma and the precise control of production of potted E. pulcherrima.
