山东玫瑰花化学成分初探

摘　　要：目的:为科学测定玫瑰花药材的质量标准提供理论与实验依据。方法:用常规理化鉴别方法对玫瑰花乙醚浸出物和水溶液的化学成分进行初步研究。结果:玫瑰花乙醚浸出液中含有黄酮类化合物和挥发油类成分;玫瑰花水溶液中含有黄酮类、氨基酸、生物碱类、酚类、糖类、鞣质、有机酸、蛋白质等化学成分,不含皂苷、蒽醌类、强心苷等化学成分。结论:不同品种玫瑰花所含化学成分相似,反应现象无明显差别。Objective： To provide theoretical and experimental basis for extablishing quality standard of rosa rugosa scientifically. Methods： Conventional physical and chemical methods of identification were used to study chemical compoments of rosa rugosa ether-extract and solution preliminarily. Results： Ether-extract of rosa rugosa contained flavonoids and volatile oil components, while the solution contained alkaloids, flavonoids, sugars, phenols, tannins, proteins, organic acids, amino acids and other chemical components except cardiac glycosides, anthraquinones, saponins and so on. Conclusion： Chemical compositions are similar in different species of rosa rugosa. There is no significant difference in reaction phenomenon.
