摘　　要：目的:研究临床路径在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎中的应用、效果、评价。方法:将100例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。试验组按制定好的医、护、患临床路径实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法。结果:试验组住院日、住院费、使用药费比例等指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);患者术前、术中、术后满意度、医护人员满意度等指标明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:按临床路径实施诊疗、护理可以减少平均住院日,降低住院费用,有利于患者主动参与诊疗和护理,提高了患者满意度,推行临床路径是一种符合国情、顺应民心的医疗服务模式。不仅使患者减轻经济负担,而且使诊疗护理有序,减少漏项,降低医疗成本。Objective： To study the application, effect and evaluation of clinical path in chronic sinusitis. Methods： 100 cases of chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group. Experimental group used the decided clinical pathway to take care every patient every day. The control group used the traditional method of medical care. Results： The figures of experimental group such as hospitalization, hospital charges, the use of drugs were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Satisfaction before, during and after operation, and other indicators of knowledge score in experimental group were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Diagnosis and care by clinical pathway can reduce the average length of stay, lower hospital costs, which is good for patients to actively participate in treatment and care, increase patient satisfaction. Implementation of the clinical pathway is a popular line with national conditions and comply with medical services model. It not only ease the financial burden of patients, but also make the care and treatment orderly, reduce omissions, reduce health care costs.
