摘　　要：马克思主义生态思想蕴含着生态制度的内涵,是中国生态制度建设的理论基础和指导思想。生态文明的国际潮流、中国生态制度的不完善,决定了中国建设生态制度的现实必要性。结合马克思主义生态思想和中国生态制度缺失的现状,中国需要从经济转型、市场激励、法律基础、政府政策和社会参与等五个方面进行生态制度建设。Marxist ecological thought involves ecological system and is the theoretical foundation and guideline of China＇s ecological system construction.The international trend of eco-civilization and the imperfect Chinese ecological system determines that it is high time to construct China＇s ecological system.Due to the lack of China＇s ecological system,China needs to carry out the construction in ecological transformation,market incentives,legal foundation,government policy and social participation.
