摘　　要：对10年来中国行政学反思工作成果的梳理和评估表明,在行政学中国化、行政学研究方法以及行政学研究目标等领域,仍然存在诸多令人困惑之处。就行政学中国化而言,中国公共行政研究的"大问题"应为何物?就行政学研究方法而言,如何构建属于行政学自己的研究方法?就行政学研究目标而言,行政学需要排斥对策研究吗?这些困惑的提出和澄清,可能将有助于行政学研究反思工作的进一步开展。The evaluation to the ten-years＇ reflection outcome illustrates that the reflection on the sinification of public administration,public administration research method and research objective still have a certain number of perplexities.In terms of the sinification of public administration,what should be the ＂big issue＂ of Chinese public administration study？ In terms of public administration research method,how to construct a research method belonging to public administration itself？ In terms of public administration research objective,should public administration reject countermeasure research？ This essay puts forward and clarifies these questions and puzzles to further the development of the reflections of Chinese public administration.
