摘 要:针对现有的航空电机测功机需要配备散热设备,占地面积大的问题,提出了一种以直流电机作为负载,与待测电机同轴连接,采用双极式可逆斩波电路和PWM控制,替代传统测功机对航空电机性能进行测试的方法,克服了传统测功机对散热设备的需求,保持了航空电机高转速、小惯性、快速响应的特点,并且通过外加可控电源解决了启动时转矩迅速加载的问题。在Matlab仿真平台下,建立系统模型并对一个直流电机进行了仿真分析,证明提出的方案加载迅速、切实可行。As the adverse work circumstances, aircraft motors are easy to be damaged or have its performace droped which need to bedetected and repaired frequently. Dynomometers need cooling device to consume the energy produced. In order to solve this problem, a DC Dynamometer was designed, which torque control is done by using an H - bridge configuration of the IGBTs , bipolar reversible chopper circuit and PWM control. To overcome the traditional dynamometer, the demand for cooling devices to keep the air motor high speed, small inertia, fast response characteristics, and through external controllable power supply to solve the starting problem when the torque load quickly. In the Matlab simulation platform, the establishment of system model and an DC motor simulation analysis carried out to prove that the program proposed loading fast and practical.
