摘　　要：目的:分析评价四川省农村生殖健康/计划生育适宜技术培训效果,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查和培训前后考试方式了解四川省5个项目县参加农村生殖健康/计划生育适宜技术培训的技术服务人员对培训效果、培训过程及近期培训结果的认知和评价。采用多元logistic逐步回归方法选择有统计学意义的影响因素变量。结果:卫生技术人员对培训内容认知和接受程度的影响因素为学历、专业技术资格、单位是否具备使用条件,以及培训前对相关专业知识和技能的熟悉程度,后者又受专业技术资格和单位是否具备使用条件的影响。结论:推荐有专业技术资格、专业对口并具有一定相关专业知识,以及单位具备推广应用条件的卫生技术人员参加培训,可保证培训质量,使有限的培训资源产生最大的效益。Objective ： To analyse and assess the effectiveness and influencing factors of training on reproductive health/family planning （RH/FP） appropriate technology. Methods： A questionnaire survey and pre/posttests were conducted to evaluate the technical service providers＇ awareness and the effectiveness of training on RH/FP appropriate technology in five pilot counties in Sichuan Province, involving in training contents, procedure and short - term effects. A multiple logistic regression analysis was used to screen statistically significant variables. Result ： The awareness of training contents and acceptance were influenced by educational level , professional qualification, accessibilities of health institutions and relevant knowledge prior to the training, and the latter one was influenced by professional qualification and accessibilities of health institutions. Conclusion ： It would ensure the quality of the training and obtain the greatest benefit to recommend those who have professional qualification as well as certain knowledge and skills related to the promoted techniques in the institutions accessible to technique utilization to participate in the training.
