连锁超市农产品流通与采购优化探讨——基于连锁超市农产品中央采购项目实施的分析

摘　　要：连锁超市农产品本地化采购使连锁超市对农产品的渠道控制能力变弱,制约连锁超市充分发挥其连锁优势,随着连锁超市的快速发展,农产品的中央采购已势在必行。连锁超市农产品中央采购项目实行源头采购,选择优质农产品产地,利用其强大的控制力量,对农产品的生产、加工、流通进行有效监控,保证优质农产品"从田园到餐桌"的安全流通,减少农产品供应链上的中间环节,有效实施"农超对接"。文章针对很多连锁超市农产品中央采购项目实施遇到的各种问题,研究农产品中央采购项目的品种选择和优质农产品产地选择的条件,探讨与优质农产品产地合作的方式以及仓储配送的要求,进而提出质量与价格的联动机制,最后给出对政府配套措施的相应建议。The author believes that localized purchase of primary products of chain supermarket lessens the capacity of control on primary products channel,restrains the chain supermarket from exerting its strength of chain.The rapid development of chain supermarket makes the central purchase project of primary product predominant.The chain supermarket implements the central purchase project of primary product from the origin of primary product,selects place of production of primary product with high quality and effectively monitors the production,processing,and circulation of primary product with its huge control power,ensures the safe circulation of primary product with high quality from farmland to meal table,reduces the middle steps of the supply chain of primary product,effective implements the connection of agriculture with supermarket and exerts the strength of chain of supermarket.Many chain supermarkets have faced all kinds of difficulties during implementing the central purchase of primary product.Taking fruit as an example,the author studies the conditions of selection of kind and place of production,explores the way of cooperation with place of production of primary product and requirements of storage and distribution,and points out the mechanism of linked move of quality and price.At last,some suggestions about the cooperative measures of government are given.
