摘 要:目的了解新甲型H1N1流感疫苗免疫前后人群抗体水平动态变化情况。方法随机选取部分疫苗接种人群为受试者,微量半加敏血凝抑制实验检测免疫前、免疫后1个月与免疫后3个月的血清抗体水平,计算抗体阳性率与抗体几何平均滴度(GMT),并进行统计学分析。结果免疫前、免疫后1个月与3个月抗体阳性率分别为13.64%(9.58%-18.61%)、83.63%(78.15%-88.20%)、77.06%(71.09%-82.32%),GMT分别为9.36(8.30-10.56)、122.53(100.29-149.70)、96.07(77.85-118.54)。免疫前与免疫后1个月、3个月后相比,抗体阳性率与GMT差异均有统计学意义。免疫后1个月与免疫后3个月两者差异均无统计学意义。结论本研究所用甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗免疫后抗体水平明显升高,且维持时间较长。Objective To investigate the developing tendency of antibodies levels of the type A (H1N1) influenza vaccine inoculated people. Methods Observation objects were randomly selected from people vaccinated with influenza A (H1N1) vaccine, and their antibody titers were tested with Hemagglutination inhibition (HI) assays before immunization, 1 month and 3 month after it respectively. Antibody positive rates of influenza A (H1N1) virus and their Geometric mean titer (GMT) of HI antibody were estimated. Results The seropositive rates at these 3 time spots (before the vacci- nation, 1 month and 3 month after it) were 13.64% (9.58%-18.61%), 83.63% (78.15%-88.20%), 77.06% (71.09 % -82.32 % ) and GMT were 9.36( 8.30-10.56 ), 122.53 (100.29-149.70 ), 96.07 (77.85- 118.54 ) respectively. The antibody positive rates' level and GMT were significantly higher than that of preimmunization, while differences between 1 and 3 month post-immunization antibody levels and GMT had no statistical significance. Conclusions The influenza A (H1N1) split-virion vaccine used in the present study could induce a high and persistent antibody level.
