摘 要:目的对北京市通州区2007-2009年从食品中分离到的副溶血性弧菌(vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)进行研究并建立相关资料的数据库。方法对20株食源性VP进行神奈川试验,脲酶试验,血清分型和核糖体核酸(rDNA)指纹图谱分析,并进行同源性比较。结果 20株食源性VP的神奈川试验均为阳性,其中有2株脲酶试验为阳性,血清分型显示20株食源性VP分属于14个不同的血清型别,rDNA指纹图谱将20株食源性VP分为16个核糖体型。结论在通州区食品中检出的VP都具有致病性。在不同的年份,既存在着拥有同源关系VP的重复流行,也会有新的分子型别的VP菌株出现。本研究建立了通州区食源性VP的生化性状和分子图谱数据,为今后预防和控制由VP引起的食源性疾患的发生提供了科学依据。Objective To research foodborne vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) from 2007 to 2009 on biochemical characteristic, serum subtype and molecular subtype, and establish the database of relevant information in Tongzhou Bei- jing. Methods 20 VP foodborne strains were detected by Hemolysis test, Urease test, serum subtype and ribosomal DNA fingerprinting patterns, and the homology of strains were further analyzed by BioNumerics. Results All of the Hemolysis tests were positive, among which Urease test of two strains were positive. Total 20 VP strains were divided into different serotypes and 16 ribogroups. Conclusions Isolated strains from food had definite pathogenicity. From 2007 to 2009, .some were reiteration prevailing VP strains, but there were new strains emergence under the same year in Tongzhou. The database of biochemical characteristics and rDNA fingerprinting patterns of VP has been established, which lay the foundation for prevention and control of the foodborne illness of VP.
