摘 要:目的定量检测儿童体内乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)血清标志物抗-HBs的含量;对儿童体内抗-HBs不同含量进行统计,分析其对HBV的免疫力。方法运用时间分辨荧光免疫技术对3 480例非HBV感染儿童进行HBV抗-HBs定量检测。结果抗-HBs含量在0~mIU/ml 817人(23.5%)、在10~100 mIU/ml 1 142人(32.8%)、〉100 mIU/ml 1 521人(43.7%),不同性别间抗-HBs含量差异无统计学意义(Z=0.34,P=0.735);不同年龄组之间抗-HBs含量差异有统计学意义(Z=3 634.00,P〈0.001),且年龄组与抗-HBs含量呈现负相关(rs=-0.217,P〈0.001)。结论安徽省部分儿童对HBV的免疫力不容乐观,且随着年龄的增长,抗-HBs水平呈下降趋势,因此定期定量检测抗-HBs含量和加强乙肝疫苗预防接种非常必要。Objective To detect the anti-HBs of children' s serum quantitatively, so as to analyze their immunity to hepatitis B virus (HBV). Methods Time resolved fluorescence immunoassay was used to measure the anti-HBs of 3 480 serum samples from the children of non-infective HBV. Results There were 817 cases in 0- mIU/ml about content of the anti-HBs (23.5%), 1 142 cases in 10-100 mIU/ml (32.8%), 1 521 cases 〉100 mIU/ml (43.7%). There was no statistical difference between deferent sex of the anti-HBs (Z = 0.34, P = 0. 735). There was statistical dif- ference between different age groups (Z =3 634.00, P 〈 0.001 ), the group age and the content of the anti-HBs was neg- atively correlated ( rs = - 0. 217, P 〈 0. 001). Conclusions The part of children, immunity to HBV is the worst scenario, and along with age growing, the content of the anti-HBs is downtrending, therefore, it is very necessary to detect the anti-HBs and vaccinate hepatitis B vaccine at regular intervals and quantitatively.
