黛力新联合佩药疗法治疗轻度抑郁症

摘　　要：目的:观察黛力新联合佩药疗法治疗轻度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:收集临床确诊为轻度抑郁症患者70例,分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,观察组采用黛力新联合佩药疗法治疗,对照组口服黛力新片治疗,两组均治疗6周。两组分别于治疗前、治疗后1,2,4,6周进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定。结果:两组治疗6周后HAMD评分较治疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组有26例显效,有效5例,总有效率为88.57%;对照组有25例显效,有效5例,总有效率为85.71%,两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义。治疗后观察组与对照组两组间HAMD评分比较,1周后比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),2,4周后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),6周后比较差异无统计学意义。结论:黛力新联合佩药疗法治疗轻度抑郁症比单用黛力新可能起效更快,依从性更高。Objective：To observe the effct of slight depression treated by Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets and Peiyao.Method：The patients with slight depression were randomized into treatment group（35 cases）,treated by administration of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets for oral taking and Peiyao for external application,and control group（35 cases）,treated by administration of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets for oral taking.The therapeutic effect and score of Harmilton Depression Scale（HAMD） were observed in the both groups.Result：After a course treatment,the scores of HAMD in the both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P0.01）;in the treatment group 26 cases were excellent,5 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 88.57%;in the control group 25 cases were excellent,5 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 85.71%.The effects of the both groups were not significant difference.However the scores of HAMD after the first、second and fourth week treatment of the treatment group were significantly better than of the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）,after the six week treatment,the scores of HAMD in the both groups were not different.Conclusion ：In the treatment of slight depression,Melitracen tablets and Peiyao treatment may make more quicker effect and has higher compliance.
