板蓝根抗病毒与抗内毒素等清热解毒药效作用及化学基础研究进展

摘　　要：目的:对板蓝根发挥清热解毒药效作用及其物质基础方面研究进行文献整理和分析。方法:检索近10年来板蓝根研究相关文献,引用文献45篇,按照现代中药药理学关于中药清热解毒作用的认识进行归纳、分析和总结。结果:板蓝根在抗病毒、抗内毒素、抗菌、抗炎、提高免疫功能等药理作用及其机制和相关药效物质基础等方面均有研究,在此基础上提出一种多途径多组分研究板蓝根清热解毒作用的思路。结论:目前对于板蓝根的研究已经取得较大成果,但是对于板蓝根在中医理论中的清热解毒作用的相关药理及物质基础认识还不完善、不统一。建议采用多途径多机制多组分的思路对板蓝根进行研究。Objective：The recent development on the Radix Isatidis pharmacological action and active substances was summarized.Method：The 45 published articles on Radix Isatidis were reviewed,analyzed,and concluded on the basis of contemporary pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine.Result：Pharmacological action and active constituent of Radix Isatidis in anti-various,anti-endotoxin,anti-inflammatory and increase immune function has been researched.On this basis,the author put forward a new idea for researching the heat-clearing and detoxicating function of Radix Isatidis.Conclusion：There has been a great research achievement on Radix Isatidis.However,pharmacological action active constituent of heat-clearing and detoxicating function of Radix Isatidis still have no unified understanding.It advises to research Radix Isatidis by multi-channel,multi-mechanism and multi-constituent way.
