摘  要:通过正交试验研究了热镀锌层镧盐转化膜的成膜影响因素,探讨了处理液成分、成膜温度和成膜时间等对热镀锌钢钝化膜的影响,确定了最佳成膜工艺参数范围:La(NO_3)_3·6H_2O 20g/L,H_2O_2浓度8~12 ml/L,处理温度65~80℃,成膜时间10~30 min,溶液pH值4.0。中性盐雾试验结果表明,采用该工艺处理镀锌钢,可以显著降低镀锌钢的腐蚀速率。The influencing factors of film formation on the corrosion resistance of lanthanum conversion film on hot dip galvanized steel were studied by the orthogonal experiment. The influences of bath composition, treatment temperature and time on the properties of conversion film were discussed. The optimum parameters gained from orthogonal tests were: La(NO3)3·6H2O20 g/L, H202 8-12 ml/L, T 65-80℃, t 10-30 min, pH 4. 0. The corrosion resistance of the lanthanum conversion film was evaluated by salt spray test. The results showed that the lanthanum conversion film was silvery gray, uniform and its corrosion rate decreased significantly compared with that of the hot dip galvanized steel.
