肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤手术指征的把握及其治疗

摘　　要：目的分析肱骨折合并桡神经损伤手术指征的把握及其治疗。方法肱骨折合并桡神经损伤41例。保守治疗2例;手术治疗共39例。神经挫伤28例,断裂11例(其中不完全断裂8例,完全断裂3例)。结果肱骨折均完全愈合。桡神经随访3～24个月,优32例,良7例,可1例,差1例。优良率95.1%。结论对于肱骨折合并桡神经损伤,主张早期手术,进行骨折内固定并探查桡神经,能够促进患肢功能的顺利恢复。Objective To analyze the treatment and operational indication for humeral shaft fracture accompanied by radial nerve injury. Methods The clinical data of 41 cases of humeral shaft fracture with radial nerve injury were collected. 2 nonoperated and 39 operated. 28 with radial nerve injury and 11 with radial nerve ruptured. Results All humeral shaft fracture healed up. radial nerve injury were followed for 3- 24 months, 33 patients reached excellents,9 good,1 fair and 1 bad. The excellent-and-good rate was 95.5%. Conclusion Early surgical treatment for humeral shaft fracture accompanied by radial nerve injury and internal fixation of the fracture done at the same time exploring radial nerve can promote smooth recovery of injured limb.
