正交设计优选卫气同病证手足口病方的最佳配伍

摘　　要：目的:确定防治手足口病卫气同病证的中药处方最佳配伍。方法:实验通过对新疆地产药材通过临床初步筛选后确立初步处方,以临床治愈标准作为评价指标,采用正交设计优化其组方,并将优化所得处方于初步处方进行临床疗效比较。结果:应用正交设计法筛选出中药治疗手足口病方中中药的最佳配伍为新贝母3g,鱼腥草4g,白鲜皮5g,金银花4g,连翘4g,黄芩5g,前胡5g,荆芥3g,紫草5g,牡丹皮5g,大青叶4g,蒲公英8g,青蒿5g,此最佳配伍组合临床疗效较初步处方有显著的差异性。结论:应用正交设计与药效学验证试验相结合确定复方药物配伍的方法是可行的,所得处方各味药物配伍关系存在合理性。Objective ： To optimize the best formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine to prevent and treat the hand - foot - and -mouth disease（HFMD） in syndrome involving wei fen and qi fen simuhaeously. Methods：Used orthogonal design to optimize the primary formula that was examined in primary clinical experiments of HFMD as evaluation index of criterion of cure, which herbals were planted in Xinjiang Province, and then compared the primary formula with the formula optimized. Results：we got the best formula inluding fritillariae tuber 3g, heartleaf houttuynia herb 4g, densefruit pittany root - bark 5g, honeysuckle flower 4g, forsythia suspensa 4g,baical skullcap root 5g, hogfennel root 5g, fineleaf sehizonepeta herb3g, lithospermi 5g, moutan cortex 5g, dyers woad leaf 4g,liong tooth 8g,abrotani herbaSg,there is remarkable difference through comparing the both formulas. Conclusion：It is feasible to optimize the best formula by using orthogonal design and verification test of pharmaeodynamics.
