摘　　要：在糖尿病肾病的临床治疗中,陈志强教授认为气阴两虚、瘀血阻络是其基本病机,治疗时,益气养阴、活血化瘀、消癥通络贯穿始终,注意对兼证的治疗,并附验案1则。In the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy, Professor Chen Zhiqiang believed that deficiency of Qi and Yin and obstruction of collaterals due to blood stasis were the basic pathogenesis. Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, activating blood to eliminate stasis and dredging collaterals should be the principle treatment. Besides, accompanying symptoms also should be paid attention to. There was a clinical case to explain Professor Chen＇s experience.
