摘　　要：目的:分析HIV/AIDS发热患者中医证型,为HIV/AIDS发热的临床辨证提供客观诊断依据。方法:采用流行病学研究方法,选取新疆、广东、河南艾滋病高发村符合标准的78例HIV/AIDS发热患者,收集其四诊信息,填写发热临床调查表,最终将所有资料录入数据库,通过统计软件SPSS 16.0系统聚类处理,结合专家组评定意见,筛选出HIV/AIDS发热的中医主要证候。结果:脾气虚损贯穿78例HIV/AIDS发热的全过程,可具体分为脾肺气虚、湿热内蕴、痰湿内蕴及脾肾阳虚4个证型,脾肾阳虚所占比例最多。结论:本研究按照严格的标准收集四诊资料,采用统计学分析处理,筛选了HIV/AIDS发热的4个中医证型,具有一定的临床意义。Objective：To analyze the patients of HIV/AIDS fever on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, providingobjectire and clinical diagnosis evidence for the differentiation. Methods ： Using the epidemiological method, selecting 78 cases according to the standard HIV/AIDS fever patients, including Xinjiang, Guangzhou and AIDS villages of Henan, collecting four diagnostic information, filling the Clinical questionnaires. Then all the information was entered the database with Cluster analysis combined with expert opinions, screening out the main syndrome type of TCM. Results：The deficiency of spleen through the whole process of fever 78 cases with HIV/AIDS. Insufficiency of the Spleen can be further divided into four intrinsic syndrome, such as Yang deficiency of Spleen and Kidney , Qi deficiency of Spleen and Lung, Phlegm dampress connotations and Hot and Humid connotations. Yang deficiency of Spleen and Kidney is the most frequent type. Conclusion：This research is strict with standards of data collection about four diagnostic. With the statistical analysis, we screened out the four heat syndromes of HIV/AIDS, which had some certain clinical significance.
