论熟地黄在《妇人规》中的应用

摘　　要：作者对《妇人规》中含熟地的方剂进行文献整理和分析,探讨熟地的运用规律。结论为《妇人规》记载含有熟地方剂共78首,随证加味10首,运用广泛。张景岳不仅用熟地本身滋阴补血,还擅于配伍补剂入五脏、配伍通剂以通经、配伍气剂以入气分、配伍温剂以回阳、配伍散剂以发汗。其用药经验对于妇科临床治疗具有指导意义。In order to discuss the formula of applying prepared rehmannia root of Furengui, the author reviews and analyses the prescriptions contains prepared rehmannia root of furengui . It＇s recorded that 78 prescriptions contains prepared rehmannia root, 10 prescriptions modified with prepared rehmannia root, so it is widely used. ZhangJingyue used prepared rehmannia root not only to nourish yin and enrich the blood, but also to nourish the five internal organs with buji, to make the period fluent with tongji, to condition qi with qiji, to save yang with wenji, and to sweat with sanji. ZhangJingyue＇ s experience could help us in the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases.
