电针加心理治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针加心理治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组采用电针加心理治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,5周后统计疗效。结果:电针加心理治疗组总有效率87.5%,电针组62.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针加心理治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征具有较好的临床效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Psychtherapy in treating temporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome. Methods ： Sixty - four patients with temporomand was ibular joint disturbance syndrome were randomly divicled to treatment and control groups ,32 cases each. The treatment group received electroacupuncture combined with Psychtherapy and the control group, electroacupuncture. The theraputic effects were evaluated after five weeks. Results：The total efficacy rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 62. 5% in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Eleetroaeupuncture combined with Psychtherapy has clinically a better therapeutic effect on temporomandular joint disturbance syndrome.
